Trademaster Return Policy

At Trademaster, we stand by the quality of our home improvement tools and materials. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Trademaster account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and hardware are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over the package to your local authorized carrier; once our warehouse inspects the goods, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
